The use of this payment method and access to the platform is allowed only to the person over 18 years old, respectively – the legal holder of the card through which payment is made to be an adult.

By accepting terms and conditions of use of this payment solution, the user-payer confirms that the legal holder of the card through which payment is made is an adult.

By accessing, using or obtaining any contents of material data, information, products and services you agree with this Terms and Conditions. B2KPM reserve the right to change, correct, modify, add and withdraw in part or in whole this Terms and Conditions. Utilize of our service imply full acceptance of Terms and Conditions. The access to the online payment platform by card is made through euplatesc.ro website by accessing the option for the above payment method.

B2KPM grants you access to the platform without giving you the right to download, modify in whole or in part, to reproduce in whole or in part, to copy, to sell or resell or to exploit the online platform in any other way for commercial purposes contrary to the interest of B2KPM.

CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE ONLINE PAYMENT PLATFORM

In order to use this platform, the client will fill in the necessary data to make the payment by card.

To complete the payment, the customer must agree with Terms and Conditions. Allocation of payments will be made after confirmation of the transaction by the processor.

Generally it takes 3 days from the date of online payment. For payment in foreign currency the amount expressed in EUR USD, or CHF can be payed in this currency or in RON. If the payment will be selected in RON the amount will be transformed in RON at the exchange rate practice by the processor’s bank (euplatesc.ro - processor). Thus the amount paid by you is equal to the value resulting from the foreign exchange minus the bank transfer fees charged by your bank.

After the payment and registration of the amounts in B2KPM records, the payer receives a confirmation email of the online payment from B2KPM which represent a confirmation of debt payment (total or partial).

If the payer does not recognize the transaction, according to the legal provisions the amount will be returned in full to the payer and payer’s balance will be updated accordingly.

B2KPM reserves the right to restrict the access to the online payment platform in the following cases:

• abuse, frauds or attempts of unauthorized access;
• attempted fraud or fraud to circumvent the security measures of the platform to still information about other users;
• attempted fraud or fraud by copying the platform and reproduce it in whole or in part;
• actions that affect the proper function of the platform;

Online payments are made through online solutions offered by our partner - EuroPayment Services Ltd.

In order to eliminate the risk of your data getting into the possession of other persons and/or to be misused by third party:

• B2KPM and its partner EuroPayment Services Ltd. guarantees the security of IT systems.
• In case of 3D secure payments system with Visa or MasterCard, the data related to your cards are introduced directly into the Visa or MasterCard systems and if your card is issued by a bank certified in the 3 D Secure system, the transaction authorization is made only after your authentication into the system.

Litigations
Any disputes arising out of the use of this service will be settled amicably. If the dispute has not been settled amicably the jurisdiction rests with the legal Courts from Bucharest, Romania.
